In a nutshell: We deliver to the UK and Europe using reliable postage services. We can’t be held responsible for events beyond our control.
*Please note that Beauty Kitchen is currently not shipping to the United States due to recent changes in US import regulations, which have lowered the duty-free threshold and introduced new customs requirements. We are reviewing carrier solutions and hope to resume service soon.

How We Deliver Your Beauty Kitchen Products:
We want to get your Beauty Kitchen order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible!
- All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery unless you request next day delivery which is delivered by DPD.
- DPD offer a handy text messaging service, so be sure to add your mobile number to your account for real-time delivery updates!
During busy periods—like Christmas or UK Bank Holidays—your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. If there are any delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.

EU Shipping Costs - Standard Delivery £9.95:
We offer shipping service to our European customers. Please note that you may be required to pay additional Import Taxes and duty. The amount of Import Taxes and/or duty that needs to be paid will be dependent on the minimum order value rules within the country you live in.
Due to customs restrictions, we do not currently ship directly to Spain. We are also unable to ship the following products outside of the UK - Hand Sanitiser, Hair Skin Nails Gummies
