Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We know how important it is to feel confident in what you are putting on your skin, especially if your skin is on the sensitive side. Many of our formulas are designed to be gentle and supportive of your skin's natural balance.
Everyone's skin is different, so if your skin is particularly reactive, we always recommend doing a patch test first and introducing new products gradually.
Are your products natural?
Yes. We use natural and naturally derived ingredients, supported by proven actives, so our products are kind to your skin and genuinely effective.
For us, natural does not mean basic. It means choosing high-performing ingredients that work with your skin, while also being better for the planet.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Almost all of our products are vegan and every product is cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we are committed to creating products that are effective, responsible and kinder to the world around us.
Do your products contain microplastics?
No, never. Our formulations are microplastic-free because we believe what goes on your skin should not harm the planet. It is one of the ways we design products with both performance and responsibility in mind.
How do I choose the right products for my skin?
We have made it simple. You can explore our ranges based on what your skin needs most, whether that is hydration, radiance, smoothing the look of fine lines or supporting your skin barrier.

Where are Beauty Kitchen products made?
Beauty Kitchen products are developed by our team in the UK and made with carefully selected UK manufacturing partners who meet our quality, safety and sustainability standards.
We choose partners based on formulation expertise, responsible production standards and their ability to help us deliver high-performing products in more sustainable packaging.
Are Beauty Kitchen products safe to use during pregnancy?
Many Beauty Kitchen products may be suitable to use during pregnancy, but every pregnancy and every person is different. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing medical treatment or have any concerns about specific ingredients, we recommend speaking to your GP, midwife or healthcare professional before use.
As with any new skincare or body care product, we also recommend patch testing first.
Why do you not do samples in sachets?
We know samples can be helpful, but single-use sachets create unnecessary waste, the packaging often contains some form of plastic and they do not fit with our commitment to reusable and more sustainable beauty.
Instead, we focus on making it easier for you to choose the right product through clear product information, helpful routines and customer support.
What is a Period After Opening symbol?
The Period After Opening symbol, often shown as a small open jar icon, tells you how long a product should be used after it has been opened.
The number inside the symbol shows the recommended number of months. For example, 6M means the product should be used within 6 months of opening. This helps make sure you enjoy the product at its best.
Do your products have an expiry date?
Most cosmetic products do not need a printed expiry date if they remain stable for a set period before opening. Instead, you will usually see the Period After Opening symbol, which tells you how long to use the product once opened.
To keep products at their best, store them away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, and always close the lid after use.
Are your products tested for safety?
Yes. Every Beauty Kitchen product goes through the required cosmetic safety assessments before it is sold. We follow UK cosmetic regulations and work with qualified partners to make sure our products are safe, stable and suitable for their intended use.
Delivery & Orders
How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days once dispatched. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays and busy holiday periods.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
What are your delivery options?
Our delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order, so you can choose the option that works best for you. This usually includes standard UK delivery and next day delivery where available.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and UK Bank Holidays, delivery may take a little longer. If there are any delays, we will always do our best to keep you updated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but if your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it to us once it arrives.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship internationally to selected locations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on where you are, and the available options will be shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs charges for international orders?
If your order is being delivered outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by Beauty Kitchen.
Any customs or import charges are usually the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your dispatch email and tracking information first. It is also worth checking with neighbours, your safe place or your local delivery office.
If you still cannot locate it, please contact our customer care team with your order number and we will look into it for you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are really sorry if this happens. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will look into it quickly and help resolve it for you.
I have entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it. If the order has already left us, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
What is your returns policy?
We really hope you love your Beauty Kitchen products, but if something is not quite right, please get in touch with us. Our team will guide you through the next steps and make sure it is resolved as smoothly as possible.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are unhappy with your item or would like to exchange it, please complete our online returns form and follow the instructions sent to you by email. For UK customers, returns are free.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once your refund has been processed, it usually takes 3-5 working days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What is your 30-day money-back guarantee?
We want you to feel confident trying Beauty Kitchen. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will help you with the next steps.
This guarantee is designed to give first-time customers extra reassurance when trying something new.
Can I return a product if I have used it?
If you have tried a product and it is not right for you, please contact our customer care team. We will always try to help and advise on the best next step, especially if you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

What makes Beauty Kitchen sustainable?

What is Return for Reward?
Return for Reward is our reusable packaging scheme. When you have finished your product, you can return the empty packaging to us so it can be washed and reused where possible.
It is a simple way to help reduce waste and keep valuable packaging materials in use for longer.
Which products can I return as part of Return for Reward?
You can return Beauty Kitchen packaging made from glass, aluminium or stainless steel. You can also return the products with their pumps and caps so we can manage them responsibly.
Natruline packaging cannot currently be reused through the scheme, but can be recycled in your home recycling bins.
What reward do I get for returning empties?
Rewards depend on how you return your empties. If your product has a Return for Reward QR code, scan the code and follow the steps in the app to return your packaging and receive your reward.
If your packaging does not have a QR code, you can use our online return form. We will then guide you through the return process and explain the reward available.
Do I have to pay postage to return empties?
For UK customers, returning empties through our Return for Reward process is free. Follow the steps on our Return for Reward page and you will be directed to the correct return route.
What happens to packaging after I return it?
Returned packaging is checked and, where suitable, washed so it can be reused. If a component cannot be reused, we aim to recycle or manage it responsibly.
Our goal is to keep packaging in use for longer and reduce the need for single-use packaging.
