That’s why we partnered with Reposit, a reusable packaging system that helps us track, collect and reuse Beauty Kitchen bottles/jars again and again, keeping packaging in circulation for longer and reducing waste and carbon.

  • Which Beauty Kitchen packaging can I return?​ ⌄
    You can return most full-size Beauty Kitchen bottles, jars and pumps designed for reuse.

    If your packaging has a Return for Reward QR code, simply scan it to begin the return process.​
  • What if my packaging doesn't have a QR code?​ ⌄
    No problem. Simply complete the Return for Reward form and we'll send you a 15% reward code and a link to arrange your free Royal Mail return.​
  • Do I need to clean my empties before returning them?​ ⌄
    No — just return them as they are. Every bottle is professionally washed and sanitised before it is reused.​
  • How do I return my empties?​ ⌄
    If your packaging has a QR code, scan it and follow the instructions.​ If it doesn't have a QR code, complete the return form and choose your Royal Mail return option — either drop off at the Post Office or arrange a collection from home.​
  • What reward do I get for returning my packaging?​ ⌄
    If your packaging has a QR code, you'll receive £2 for every empty returned.​ If you use the Return for Reward form, you'll receive a 15% voucher to use on your next Beauty Kitchen order.​
  • Is it really free to return my empties? ⌄
    ​​Yes. Returning your packaging is completely free. We cover the cost of returns through Royal Mail to make it as easy as possible.​
  • What happens to my packaging after I return it?​ ⌄
    Every bottle is washed, sanitised and reused so it can be refilled with fresh product.

    This keeps packaging in circulation for longer and significantly reduces waste and carbon.
  • Can I return multiple items in one parcel?​ ⌄
    ​Yes. You can return several Beauty Kitchen empties together in the same parcel.​

    If some empties have QR codes and others don't, they can be returned together in the same parcel once you have completed the return form.
  • Why do some bottles have QR codes and others don't? ⌄
    ​​We're gradually introducing QR codes across all Beauty Kitchen packaging.

    In the meantime, you can still return older packaging using the Return for Reward form.​
