Our Beauty Kitchen Subscription Service will automatically deliver your favourite products to your door at a frequency that suits your lifestyle.
All single products are included in Auto-Replenishment service. Sale products and pre-set bundles are excluded from this service.
On eligible products you will see the option to either add a product as a one-time purchase or select the frequency at which you would like to receive them. Then, you simply proceed through the normal checkout process.
It is completely up to you to choose how often you’d like to receive your products using our Subscription Service, from every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. You can also pause, skip and cancel your upcoming subscription to suit your lifestyle and needs.
Only on selected items. Items not available on our Subscription Service outside of the UK include SOS Skin Shield+, Organic Vegan Hand Sanitiser & the Vitamin Kitchen range due to restrictions.
It’s easy! Visit the “Manage my Subscriptions” page in your account to check upcoming shipments, change the frequency of orders, update payment details and pause or cancel your subscriptions.
To make changes to your subscriptions, log into your Beauty Kitchen account and visit the “Manage my Subscriptions” page - please note, this cannot be done if your order is already being processed.
You will be able to make amendments to your subscription until 11:59pm the day before your order is processed and payment is taken.
Yes, as long as your upcoming order has not already been processed. Simply, log into your Beauty Kitchen account and visit the “Manage Subscriptions” page - as long as your upcoming order has not already been processed, you can log in to your account and pause or cancel your subscriptions.

Yes! If your products are eligible as part of the Subscription Service then you can amend your upcoming order and add other products in your Beauty Kitchen account.
Only credit/debit card payments are accepted for subscription orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PayPal as a payment method.
Discount codes cannot be used with subscriptions. As you’re already receiving a discount on your order, your order will not be eligible for using any further discount codes at the checkout. However, if you meet our threshold for free delivery or free gifts, this offer will qualify with the Subscription Service.

You will be notified via email that the product will no longer be available, and your shipments will stop once the stock is depleted. Our beauty experts will be happy to suggest replacement products if one of your subscription items is discontinued, simply contact our Customer Service Team on hello@beautykitchen.co.uk
Upcoming shipments and their dates are listed on the subscription page in your Online Account section. You will also receive an email 72 hours prior to a shipment to confirm the shipping date and price of the item(s) you will be receiving. At that time, you can verify all information and/or make changes if necessary.
Yes. Once the first item in your subscription plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Just visit the subscription page in your Beauty Kitchen Account section and click on the shipment you wish to change. You will find links to skip, cancel or change the frequency of shipments for any item shown. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.
Yes. Once your first subscription item has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Just visit the subscription page in your Online Account section and click on the shipment you wish to change. For any item shown, you will find links to change the ship-to address for your next shipment(s) and to edit your billing information. Be sure to specify if you want the new information to apply to all auto-replenishment items. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.
Yes, you head to "Manage Subscriptions" within your account to a one-time purchase to your next subscription delivery. You will not get the subscription discount on the one-time purchase, however you will be able to use discount codes on these items at the checkout if they are available.
