Select how you want to return your empty packaging
STEP 1: Scan QR Code - Scan the QR code on pack and follow the instructions to return your empty packaging.

STEP 2: Get Your Reward - Your £2 reward voucher will be sent directly to your email!
STEP 3: Drop off or Pick Up - Return your way — drop it at a Post Office or book a home collection. Easy either way.
STEP 1: Fill Out the Form - Complete the ‘Return for Reward’ form. Upon submission, you'll receive a 15% discount code by email and we'll take you directly to the Royal Mail website for you to select your return option.
STEP 2: Choose Your Return Option - Fill out the information requested by Royal Mail and select the return option that best suits you to send back your empties.
STEP 3: Drop off or Pick Up - Return your way — drop it at a Post Office or book a home collection. Easy either way.
Reviews
I have completed the process, but I have not received my email or reward?
You should have received an email with your reward code shortly after you completed the returns process. Remember to check your junk/spam folder in your email. If you still have not received an email after 24 hours please contact hello@reposit.world
What happens to my bottle/jar when I return it?
When you return your bottle/jar, it will be returned to Reposit (BK’s returnable packaging partner) to go through a medical grade washing process. Once washed we will reuse it, putting it back into our supply chain.
Can I return my empty bottle even if it is damaged?
Yes - return to us as normal by scanning the QR code on the product or completing the form. We will make sure it gets recycled.
I don’t have a smartphone. What should I do?
You can still return the items via post - just fill out our returns form on our website.
Which Beauty Kitchen products can I return?
You can return any full-size Beauty Kitchen packaging if it is made from Glass, Aluminum, or stainless steel, this may include bottles & jar If in doubt, check the packaging – if it has our Return for Reward logo, you’re good to go!
Do I need to clean my empties before returning them?
Nope! Just send them back as they are – we’ll take care of the washing before they’re reused.
Can I return packaging from other brands?
At the moment, we can only accept Beauty Kitchen packaging to ensure our reuse process stays sustainable and efficient.
