In short, yes, they are safe, if they are in small quantities and have been formulated professionally and as high-grade oils. They are powerful ingredients used for a variety of skin care concerns with their anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing properties, but also for relaxation and aromatherapy, perfect for an evening skincare routine.
